You will also see other Sims who live in Isla Paradiso at diving areas. Unfortunately it’s not possible to add diving areas in other worlds.
Diving areas can aonly be found in the Isla Paradiso world. Wherever you find a red buoy on the water, there is a diving area. For the most difficult location your Sim needs at least 7 skill points for the scuba diving skill. Hazardous locations require skilled divers. Each diving area requires a certain diving skill level. Sims with enough knowledge of the scuba diving skill can explore the wondrous underwaterworld at indicated diving areas. They can snorkel both in the pool and in the sea. By starting with snorkeling they can improve their scuba diving skills. Scuba diving is a new skill in The Sims 3 Island Paradise.
